Hannover City
Crown focuses on acquiring real estate in the hospitality sector. With significant experience in real estate investments across Europe we are also open to discuss investment opportunities in other sectors.
In 2021, Crown acquired a hotel in the city center of Hanover. The hotel is currently under refurbishment and will be opened in the course of 2023 branded as June Six Hotel, a new and innovative hotel brand which opened its first hotel in Berlin in summer 2022, offering workspace under the brand WorX and a fresh bar concept June Bar.
Lake Garda
In early 2023, Crown acquired a resort at Lake Garda. The resort is located between Malcesine and Brenzone on the east bank of Lake Garda with a total of 46 apartments, a restaurant, underground parking lots as well as its own green beach strip with direct lake access.
